Intro to Ashtanga course dates released for June
Ashtanga Yoga is a dynamic form of yoga that develops concentration, strength, flexibility and stamina. The series of postures is learned in order as each posture builds on the previous one and prepares for the next, allowing progress in a safe and balanced manner. Postures are linked together in a dynamic flowing movement coordinated with the breath to produce an internal purifying heat. Unwanted toxins are released and disposed of, vital minerals flow in the bloodstream and the nervous system is purified. The result is a light and strong body.
Where: LIVE & BREATHE YOGA, Level 1, 277 Flinders Mall, Townsville City Centre.
When : 11-12:30pm Saturdays 12th, 19th, 26th June & 3rd July.
How much : $60 ($30 deposit payable upon booking, balance due on first day of course).
