I’ve tried some yoga before and/or I can’t make it to an Introduction course. Which class can I attend?


The best classes to start with are our reset class, beginner ashtanga or half primary series ashtanga yoga classes.  As a beginner it’s best to avoid the Mysore-style class as it is self-paced and some knowledge of the sequence is requested (no drop-ins please). All other classes are led or guided, and will take you through the positions, following the teacher. Our full primary series class is suitable for you if you are fit and injury free as it can be a challenging class with little teacher demonstration.  Check out the timetable for more information.
