Our studio is a sanctuary for people who are kind, supportive and keen to live their best life, while having fun along the way. Our teachers are the best – professional, experienced, and dedicated to supporting our students whatever way they can all with a big heart and some fun along they way.
Our classes are run on a Queensland school term based, each themed by the season. We have two simple membership streams, designed to get the most out of our studio, plus beginners courses, for those who want to get started with a strong, confident foundation in their practise.
In between our terms we will be mixing things up with different offerings, masterclasses, workshops, intensives, guest teachers and more. Each term we endeavour to keep it fresh and fun.
Our yoga memberships
We have two memberships that are lovingly designed to offer the best value and motivate you to practice at least twice a week, every week. We run on a school term basis, but your membership payments are spread across the year, to make cashflow easier.

FAQ
Your 12-month membership covers four terms of classes, but the payments are spread across the year, to aid your cashflow. In between terms, we have special events, courses and one-off classes. Running the studio on a school term basis enables us to take a breather in between terms, and align each term with the season, ensuring that classes are relevant and variable keeping things fresh and fun for our members.
Yes, if you’re a studio member, you can freeze your studio membership for up to four weeks, which is added onto the end of your 12 month minimum.
We offer Ashtanga yoga of different levels, reset and restore classes, pranayama and meditation courses. There’s something for everyone! We suggest you try as many classes as possible to see how you find them. Our timetable is a well thought out program to help our members progress.
If you’ve gotten the go-ahead from your doctor or physio to attend yoga classes, we suggest you start with a beginners course, or even one-to-one yoga with Allison.
All of our in studio classes are streamed live via Zoom. Just register for class the same way as in studio but choose the livestream option. You will receive a Zoom link via email when you register. Join using that link 5 minutes before the class is due to start, mute your microphone, switch on your video and join us live from anywhere. You will automatically get the recording emailed directly after the class finishes whether you attend live or not so you can do the class later when it suits you.
We intimately know the transformative power of a regular yoga practice. Ideally this is a minimum once a week, but better? Twice or three times a week, or even more. AND, we know exactly how busy life is and how other things crowd in, if you let them.
Our memberships offer the best of value and the motivation to practice – because, with the best of intentions, we know exactly how little multi-class passes are actually used. And, we’ve designed our memberships to make it as easy as possible to get to class – and reap the benefits. The more classes you take every week, the better value this is. We have single class and 10 class term class pass for those not ready to commit or are visiting.
Ultimately, the more you do yoga, the better your life will be, which is why we’re structured as a membership, rather than a drop-in yoga studio.

Three times a week is a great frequency of classes, to really notice a difference and progression with your practice. We suggest you try as many styles as possible to see how you find them and then pick the ones you like best, and put these in your calendar as a recurring date with yourself! You won’t regret it.
